One of the most challenging wine pairings I’ve found in over 20 years of pairing wines with foods is wine, honey and cheeses. As a follow up from last week’s video pairing raw honeycomb with cheeses for fabulous entertaining dishes, I paired each of these three dishes with a wine that totally surprised me.

I hope you will host more often and spend more time connecting with friends. I’ve hosted wine tastings for British royalty while at Christie’s auction house, celebrities during my time as a Sommelier and even a private dinner at Julia Child’s house.
